But here's the thing about AI in Sales…

That whole ‘people buy from people’ thing. 

It’s true. Always has been. Always will be.

AI doesn't replace relationship building. It frees you up for it.

We use AI to eliminate the time-sucking and repetitive tasks that steal your selling hours. The admin work. CRM updates. Note-taking. Meeting prep. Prospect research.

All ripe for automation. 

So you can spend more time doing what AI can't: Talking to real people. Building trust. Closing deals.

Our Approach: Avoid the AI tool trap.

What we don’t want to do though is collect AI tools like Pokemon cards. Most overlap. Many cost a fortune.

Instead, we follow three rules when introducing AI to do a task:

1. Can LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) do it with a simple prompt? If so, start here. Don’t overcomplicate it.

2. If not, can we build an AI agent to do it? We build this once, use forever.

3. If we can’t build an agent, what’s the best dedicated AI tool for the job? Preferably no or very low cost. 

The Leveraged Tech Stack:

On that basis, the tech stack I use every day as a seller is:

• LLMs:

  • ChatGPT for general prompting

  • Claude for writing

  • Perplexity or Gemini for research & specific prompts (for example video creation)

• AI Agent building:

  • Lindy.ai AI Agent builder ($20 of free credits to get you started with this link) - I used this for ‘vibe’ building (aka no code needed) AI Agents and automations using simple natural language prompts.

• Dedicated tools:

  • Wispr Flow for dictation - I use Wispr Flow to dictate rather than type 90% of the time (including right now!). My typing skills are garbage so this is so much quicker for me. AI in the tool cleans up wording into professional language with minimal edits.

  • Granola AI for meeting notes (first month free with this link) - I’ve tried so many tools for this and granola is by far the best. It doesn’t use an AI bot, so prospects aren’t guarded, and follow up emails, CRM updates etc are so much quicker.

This stack handles 99% of what you need. No tool sprawl. No monthly payment chaos.
